Situated on a peninsula it seems like a terrace on Lake Como with an enchanting view of the pearl of the Lake; Bellagio and the famous branch of its banks. Frequented over the years by illustrious pillars of our culture, including the famous publisher and writer Garzanti, who fell in love with the wonderful view enjoyed from this corner of paradise and lived the villa as holiday home for years. Recently the property has realized a private road, that crosses the park of the villa and leads directly to the Lake.

This elegant residence, located in the locality of Olgiasca in the province of Lecco, North Lake Como, boasts a strategic position and is easily reachable from Milan, Bergamo, Brianza, Lecco, Como and Switzerland. At about 1.30 hour from Milan Malpensa airport.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SPACES

The luxury villa, with an accommodation capacity until 14 people, has a bright suite and 5 double rooms for guests to stay overnight. Each of them offers comfort and a breathtaking view of North Lake Como.
The large park, equipped with a swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi, offers the possibility to customize the different moments of the wedding (dessert buffet, sugared almonds, photo shoot …)
The spacious porches, the terraces overlooking the Lake, as well as the two bright living rooms with large stained glass windows, offer views of the park and unique views of North Lake Como, and represent a valid alternative for the aperitif or the cutting of the cake, even in case of adverse weather.

CAPACITY:

It is possible to experience every phase of the event in the internal spaces of the villa up to a maximum of 40-guests, using the two internal rooms; one for the reception, the other used as aperitif area with the possible use of the external loggia; an excellent solution if you have to opt for an indoor reception. Otherwise if the season allows it, is possible to celebrate the wedding outdoor in the large park with breathtaking view of the most famous places of the Lake.
Possibility of celebrations only with a symbolic rite in the outdoor park or under the large loggia overlooking the Lake.

A few minutes away, stands the majestic abbey of Piona, where Cistercian monks celebrate traditional religious ceremonies. A wonderful place for a fairytale wedding.
