Located above bar San Vito, the apartment boasts a central position, only few minutes away from the beach and from the romantic and panoramic walk along the banks of North Lake Como. In the surrounding you will find typical front lake restaurants with fish specialities. It is the ideal apartment for family with kids and group of friend.

At the main entrance , a comfortable dining room with a chimney (use is forbidden) and two balconies overlooking the wonderful North Lake Como.
Close by a wonderful kitchen features with table with 6 chairs, oven, fridge, freezer, coffe maker and kettle.
Two bedrooms, one with matrimonial bed and the other with two single beds with pull out beds are equipped with huge wardrobe.

self check out: until 10:00 am
for ealy check in or late check out, subject to availability, an extra charge is requested.

Before the check in date, the structure will send to the guests a form for the declaration of the attendance at the headquarters. It is mandatory to fill it out and send it back per e-mail, otherwise the access to the structure is not allowed.

Nearby there are plenty of restaurants with local and fish specialities. Cremia, on North Lake Como, is famous for worldwide kite and windsurf competitions. Lots of other activities are possible, like: hiking,mountain biking, tennis, golf, swimming, sailing, canoeing and water sports.
A frequent car and passenger ferry service runs from Menaggio to Bellagio and Varenna and a bus service connects the north western shore to the cosmopolitan Como. In this way you can visit Lake Como villas: villa in Laglio of thewell- known actor George Cloney , the Villa Melzi and Serbelloni in Bellagio, pearl of Lake Como; Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo, Villa del Balbianello in Lenno, Villa Serbelloni in Como or Isola Comacina, the only island of the lake, in the Como branch.
